Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: The best way to schedule is to click here to schedule a free consultation phone-call.  The purpose of this call is to determine “goodness of fit” between potential client and provider. 

Q: Can I use you my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card to pay for services?

A: Yes, most cards have been accepted when added to client portal for payments.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Sessions which are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, unless due to death, accident or inclement weather will be charged $50 each occurrence.

Two missed or late cancellations in a 30-day period will result in termination of services.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: Yes, the following insurance are accepted by provider: Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Husky, United Health Care

Q: Can I pay for services out of pocket?

A: Yes, if you have insurance and don’t want to use it, you will need to sign a form that you are choosing to be a self-pay client. 

Certainly, if you do not have insurance, we can offer self-pay rates which can be discussed in detail.   

Q: What is my co-pay?

A: Each insurance plan is different; prior to starting treatment, please reach out to your insurance company and advise them you are starting therapy and want to know your patient responsibility. They will inform you if you have a co-pay, deductible, or are fully covered.

A: Services are provided both virtually and in-person by provider.
